Well you ask for tips on self actualization.It is a rare thing because most people are so concerned how they are perceived by others.
If you are self actalized
-you do not need drugs or alcohol
-you are not antisocial but you accept yourself and the differences in others
-you face the world in real terms knowing that yes there are obstacles and yes at times you will have to face disappointment
-you share yourself with those you wish or even keep things to oneself.
Also there is nothing wrong with privacy.The world doen’t need to know everything about us. So it is a state of mind of inner contentment and peace.There is much more to it but these are just my thoughts. And you Alexis have so many strong points-Intelligence way above the norm, sexy, beautiful, feminine, openmined etc so mant qualities that add to relationships.Oh yes the potential is immense.
